The Business Name is your business name exactly as entered in the registration form. This will be the same as your Business Name is displayed in the Business Directory. It is case sensitive so be careful when entering it.

The Unique ID is the number that was given to you either when you registered or if you were preregistered by us the number we assigned you. If you do not have this number and have paid the fee for additional information please contact us.
